That email is not from Blizzard.

 

This is so fake I cannot even begin to understand how you believed it.

sometimes you do get human responses, typos included and sometimes they do give away information. Yea that's definitely not a blizzard ban template but a gm could have definitely said that. I had a gm tell me once that I was banned for doing a lot of big transactions with other players and my guild bank and he said to "tone it down" ... this was long before I was botting. I made my gold flipping items and stored all my gold in the guild bank. I probably made 10-20 transactions a day but they could never prove I was selling gold so I literally got banned like 30 times and unbanned, finally a gm felt it was necessary to say something to me...
and obviously I was caught by their "security systems" it was no gm looking at me else I wouldn't have gotten unbanned that many times.. no exaggeration I was banned every 3 days for 3 straight months until i talked about gold selling with someone in game.
I can dig up my old account info if anyone wants to look and you can see for yourself but I think it might flag your ip and pc just fyi.
and from reading ban reports over the years the gms definitely talk more in EU then US....

blizzard does use the term bot/ botting or whatever.

ticket replies are just as fast typed as automated ones are send + when you get a automated reply to a ticket / mail and
you answer that, the chance you get a hand typed reply is big, and they are not allowed to make grammar mistakes?
Lmao man, ive seen more then that in replies to tickets, but im sure you know it all.

As for the lock, everytime someone has something to prove anything but how safe this bot is, it gets manipulated, removed or just

If you are so worried about this email and getting your account banned, do not do the following:

1) Do not bot for 24 hours straight.
2) Do not grind for 24 hours straight.

The main points about getting identified as a bot is doing things that are not normal humanistic behavior. Very few people will play for 24 hours and even less will grind for 24 hours as it is extremely boring.

You do have other options out there such as just not botting.

 

Blizz would say picked up by 3rd party detection software or something along the lines of using 3rd party software. not Bot. saying bot for a company that makes over 150 million a month does not sound professional.

Just my 2 cents.

 

I've had plenty of tickets mentioning use of bots/botting and the evidence that proved it.
Just because it doesn't sound professional to you doesn't mean it's not a legit ticket.
