    • Error #112 - anyone else gettting this?

      Coming up after inputing WoW password. Guess I may have to reinstall WoW but wanted to see if this was isolated problem. Says file curruption from another program may be interfering with WoW.

      UPDATE:

      Found this in WoW forums, seems a lot of people are having same problem right now:

      Straight from wow help centerWe sometimes deploy World of Warcraft Launcher patches during non-maintenance periods in order to resolve various urgent issues. Unfortunately, a side effect of these patches is that users may receive "Unable to validate game version" messages for a short time thereafter. These situations should auto-resolve after a very short period of time; just keep trying. We appreciate your patience. If these issues persist more than an hour past the deployment of a launcher patch, try the troubleshooting steps below.

      oh nice I was searching for this and I was just about to post on support. thank you smurf for the link. I thought it was a pluggin cause I read there was a plugging that did a harsh shut down and corrupted the files. but I guess thats not the case. I did download a small update as well.

      Same... Repaired WoW, restarted and same issue. At least there is a notice on the login now.

      Sigh.

      Not that it helps, but the 64Bit client works.. only the 32 bit client is fubar.

      I don't know if it got fixed or if using the "repair" tool worked... but I repaired and it works now.

      BUT... now I'm getting the build error from HB because of the mini patch. >.<
