Hey folks. So my cow druid hit 90 and I stopped the townlong steppes profile, went to Two Moons, and trained flying. Then I hit start on the Dread Wastes profile. Long story short, it walks around for a while but never gets past the need for training - even when I accept the first two quests ("Nope" and "Falling Down") and drop it into the zone myself. I dont even think it compiles quests first, it just jumps straight to the "train flying" profile and tries to get back to Two Moons. This happens even after the bot is restarted, and svn updated. The log was pretty long so I paired it down to when I dinged 90 and hit stop. Thanks for your help!
Nope, on restart it pops the "already have MoP flying" dialogue, i hit continue, it flew to outside the gates and walked into vale of eternal blossoms (in flight form of course), walked to town, popped the "continue after training" dialogue, i hit continue and it just does it all again. new log attached.
i think there is a path problem but not sure, gonna have to wait kicks answer. sorry if i cant help more (try another profile just to see)
Gatherer works, which is really the goal anyway haha Ok thanks for your help. It's really strange, looking at the profile there doesnt seem to be anything at the beginning of it that would make it kick over to the train-flying one... but then again I'm no programmer, and there's a big section at the end that I cant even begin to decipher.

Hi, Flickeringobscenity, Ironmike is spot on with his analysis. From your log, here is the problem: [20:50:36.197 D] Activity: Loading profile 'C:\WoW Plus\A-1 HB\Profiles\Kick's Profiles\Kick's Profiles\1-90 Questing Profile Pack\MoP\..\GoTo\..\MoP\[N - Quest] MoP Train Flying LP [Kick].xml' The LoadProfile behavior is not constructing the relative profile path correctly. I looked through LoadProfile, and nothing is immediately obvious why the path construction is broken. I've captured the issue to our "to do" list, and will prioritize it appropriately. As a work around, just train flying manually and move on. cheers, chinajade
@ Tony - unchecked Auto, set mounts to Gray Kodo and Swift Red Wind Rider. Didn't help. "Native flying" doesn't either. It uses the Wind Rider (flying mount) but walks. @ Chinajade - I already did train flying manually, that's the problem! I start the profile, anywhere in Pandaria. 1. I get a popup window saying "You've already trained flying on this character." 2. It starts the flight training profile anyway - runs outside the gates of Vale of Eternal Blossoms, then runs back in (all on a flying mount). 3. It gets to the flying trainer, despite that I already know it, and pops up a window asking me to train manually (normal behaviour) and click Continue. 4. I click Continue, it runs over to the flight master, refreshes its flight path map, and then starts over right from step 1. In short, it never begins the actual profile I selected, even though the first two quests are in my log. I don't believe actually doing those first two quests by hand would help either, since the bot never begins its "compiling quests" process. I just tried it on another fresh 90, a gnome priest, and it skips step 4 (doesnt try to use the flight master) and just flies directly by itself to the first quest hub. Still doesn't work on the druid though. The druid didn't learn all the flight paths while levelling, but that doesn't seem to me like it would be related. But then, what do I know. thanks everyone for their input, by the way
Hi, Flickeringobscenity, and thanks for the details! To get you moving again, just load the Kick's "Dread Wastes" profile and move on. I'm a little unclear on which profile that "it never begins the actual profile I selected" is referring. I think I see a minor problem in the ../GoTo/[N - Quest] MoP Train Flying LP [Kick].xml profile, and I'll discuss it with Kick. cheers, chinajade
Haha. I guess I haven't been clear here. I am not loading the flight training profile. I have never loaded it myself. As I said in my first post, I select the dread wastes profile and press start. Thereupon, it immediately jumps over to the trainer profile. Thanks again!
[22:03:40.560 D] Compiling expression '!((HasSpell(115913)) && (CanFly())) && (Me.Level >= 90)' @ line 650 this is returning true (meaning that it doesn't see that you have that spell) this is probably a bot issue, guess who gets to test that condition? Natfoth
That's very strange. This is all on a fresh install of HB, incidentally. And the cow is trained up to 451% speed, and zips around pandaria normally in other bot modes. Guess it's Natfoth's lucky day It's not even that big a deal, i mean i'd like to get the zone done on him but it's not crucial to my ends or anything. I just don't understand why it will work perfectly on all but this one toon. Something to do with swift flight form perhaps? Maybe? idk
