Chinajade, you had no reason to close my topic. (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/115479-where-exactly-devs.html) I would like it reopened and my concerns addressed. It is not intended to be a flame thread or anything of the sort. I am a customer asking for clarity with the current state of honorbuddy and that is in no way breaking any rules. Get off the power trip. I was directed to ask my questions here by a moderator and my concerns are legit. There have been constant bugs as far as Questing and Dungeoning are concerned. In-fact, highvolts still awaits Natfoth to upload the correct scripts for Dungeonbuddy so that it can actually be used.. All in all, I am a customer asking a question and I would like an answer to it. You know as well as I do that the current state of Honorbuddy is not good and there are numerous issues. I am not asking for a miracle fix, however I would like to know what is being done towards this. **Also, I would have put this in a PM, however for some reason you don't allow them.
His inbox is pretty full and I'm not sure I want dev's spending their time posting on forums to answer stuff when they can be more busy with developing instead.
In my personal experience, if a task isn't complete, and yet they are aware of it, you may assume it is "in the works". When the task is completed, it will be completed, and therein require "trouble shooting". I am not, in no way shape or form, disputing your claims of the "paying customer" but some aspects of things mentioned aren't in direct root to the core features of the, product or, bot itself. Though one would appreciate, or expect, a time frame on matters (eta of completion(s)), exceptions and emergencies do arise -- which, as of late, have been in an abundance. The tone in which is taken within your thread appears to disregard the development staff's point of view. As I've noted, above, I understand your concerns -- there are just certain means that YOU need take into consideration prior to this self righteous rant (hypocrisy).
And I truly agree with you, I could have defiantly worded it differently to let people know that I do in fact regard the development staff's standpoint, and mean no disrespect to them in any way. I'm not sure if its the same for everyone else, or if I could be making a noob mistake (botted for years with HB) but I mean...the vendoring/mail will not even work at this point. Again, just to re-clarify, I do care about the time that the BuddyTeam puts into this, and I know that in the past they have worked very hard and diligently, my only concern is that things are taking longer and longer to get resolution.
from what i can see you got your answers already,so there is no reason to keep this thread open as well closed
