Hey Tuanha how would you rate Unholy vs Frost spec for arena/Bg's now using your CR? When I first got the special edition it was just frost that was supported so I've been using that, think I should try unholy now?

 

I have terrible gear, a 463 weapon, contender, dreadful, and malevolent and after playing unholy all day I tried some frost. With my terrible gear the frost seemed easier to actually kill the target I was on. I think with better gear unholy might make more sense as I was having trouble killing people like 0-4 KBs a game. haha I was also running with framelock on Tyrael.

 

You should definitively try UH.

For me Frost = more burst, UH = more sustain damage.

For some comp, you need burst (play with healer + a rogue/ret for example)

For some com, you need sustain damage (play with healer + aff warlock/moonkin for example)

Both team have advantage and disadvantage. Burst team kill fast but when you got root/cc, you doing no damage at all. Sustain damage can't kill fast but still doing decent dps as dot/pet attack.

For me I enjoy UH more, it really imba to stay in Blood, eat all damage and still top dps and a self heal like a healer

When it comes to Frost PVP, I think 2H will always have an edge against 1H for one very simple reason: 1H relies upon Frost Strike for damage while 2H doesn't need it as much -- this is extremely helpful when using Conversion to survive.

 

TuanHa when I load you DK special edition it won't start it up. it give me a weird erro message then shut bot down I've attached the log so you can see what i'm talking about.

Is this compatible with dungeon buddy?

I used it yesterday and it just stands there doesn't attack
If i change to raid bot it attacks ok

Ive tried turning on/off move and target and it doesn't seem to make any difference it still just stands and does nothing in dungeon buddy

your hunter cc and paladin cc work fine with dungeon buddy its just this one im struggling to get working

i need help with common setup of this CR. As soon as the fight starts (PVE and PVP) the frame rate drops to 1-2 frames per second. Could you please give some comments of the botbase setups or is this a general bug in HB? Singular works OK.

Hello.

Today I have a problem with my DK and the CC.
I'm getting a lot of ToFar away messages. Running it with the RAF leveling profile in a couple of dungeons.

It looks like something is broken with the "Attack out of combat" stuff.
Because when I disable that option, the BOT doesn't move at all. It says something about:

Hold on Eat/Drink/Dead/Not in Game/Sesurrection Sickness/Attack Out of Combat

Any idea what the problem could be?

 

In the log the last entry always looks like:
[13:53:30.800 D] Activity: Setting Rage Talon Dragonspawn at 21 yards as your target
[13:53:31.089 D] Changed POI to:Type: Kill, Name: Rage Talon Dragonspawn

And in the wow window I can see "You are too far away!!"

It looks like he tries to do a melee attack. But he's not moved close enough. And he's not using one of his ranged attacks.

I'm running the bot in a dungeon as a group leader.
Frost spec. With Lvl 90 char. And a lvl 52 char as group member.

How is blood spec working for PvE tanking(Raids etc) ? Good or bad ? Dont got the gear to test it my self. Read through a lot of pages, but couldn't find an answer.

I'm noticing dark sim not auto-using quite every skill. Probably something to do with those that have cast times. Also, instead of on CD use - any thoughts on providing the cr with logic to cast like an interrupt for a list of the best dark-simmable spells? For instance, Cyclone, Poly, Hex and then to use them as the same interrupt logic for targeting, or preferably have its own selection; i.e. Smart Dark Sim Cast (Target = Mine, Focus or All), Auto-use Stolen Spell (Target = Mine, Focus, All). This way we could set it to use dark sim spells on our Focus instead of our Target - hugely useful for spells like Cyclone and Poly. There are also some strong friendly-cast spells but I fear the logic may be too difficult - or perhaps something simple similar to pvp macro use like if stolen spell = friendly spell then /cast [target=nearbyfriendlyplayer] "X", targetlasttarget

 

It's good. Used it to tank every LFR raid last week.

 

CC has an issue to detect some death mobs (bosses). I'm currently helping a friend in deadmines.
And after killing one of the bosses, the CC still has the dead boss as target. And the bot doesn't continue.
And I see "Nothing to attack" warning.

That can also happen with low level targets. I'm lvl 90. And the target is lvl 14.
The CC has the enemy as target. But doesn't attack.
