Got a error when i start up HB ( inc screenshot )

Dear readers, sinse i reinstalled my computer ( fresh windows 7 instal ) i can not open HB anymore.

what i tried

1 - open my backuped hb
2 - fresh instal
3 - wait few hours and tryd
4 - updated windows till there where no updates anymore
5 - run as admin and whitout
please help me whit this problem ps im addicted tho this bot !

I don't have any clue what so ever to understand the language in the error...
Maybe something about missing "fasmdll_managed.dll?

Download a brand new copy and try.

What happens if you check "Ignore this error and attempt to continue"?

 

download and install these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once your done restart your machine.
