They can see that you are using HB, because they are reading our ddr's.

It's not he first time people are posting answers from blizzard that they are allowed to scan our ddr's and see the hb attatched to wow.

I just got locked 72h on my first toon (RaF) farming with GB, posted in bansection. (Only 62h left on my 7 free days)
And now they want me to add a gamecard, then ban me again

Right after that 3 more RaF accounts got banned after 12h of lvling with kicks.

But still my other battlechests are running. Going 16h/day (lvl 70 atm).
They just want to wipe out all the cheapskaters out there and bring back the money!

My friends got banned on the chests aswell, but they were on the same Bnet as the RaF one.
Im going to try 24/7 on one paid account and 8h on the other paid to see how it goes.

So, I think they know we are all botting, but they just remove the ones they don't make any money on.
And they can't ban ppl instant because then they will give up too easy = less money to Blizz.

If you just read what I posted, you can see that Blizz indeed scans our ram, but only the part of where WoW is located.
So all in all it seems like an intimidation strategy to have such a "loose" wording in this part of the TOS.

Next Time a "Gm" writes. Bliizard uses MK Ultra Technologies to scan your nasty Botter Brain, and there will be some who believe that too. For sure The Blizzard "GM" make up Stories, or did you await they send you Protokolls to prove that, what they say. When they tell you how it really works, we will prevent it. i got banned on my main account which ive had for 6-7 years and im unable to get it back, but im still using professionbuddy on my other accounts, which are fully upgraded mop accounts i pay a monthly fee for, so can you please explain to me why they arent banned? gg

My theory :

I personally think that Blizzard already has detected HB but, they don't ban all of us because we're a huge income to them! Let's say that 1/10 people are botters that would mean that 1 million players will have to buy new Cd-keys if banned for botting. This will give Blizzard shitloads of money.

So, most of you people say this : 'If Blizzard could detect HB why don't they ban us all?' Because if they would do that WoW would lose 1/2 million subs which they don't want. Blizzard just bans a few players to keep the regular players satisfied ( So they can say 'we've just banned 100.000 accounts to make WoW safe again blablabla' they let the other botters bot for a few months ( about 3/4 ) some people hold it longer for many months and even years but most people will get banned once in a while.

And just like these time there is a cleanup where they ban most of the botters because they ruin the economy but they let the botters play just long enough so they'll start over again and buy new battlechests.

That's my theory.

 

If the HB devs explain (and they recently have) that the client doesn't "peek" outside it's own memory heap, then there is no way HB can be detected.

I have no reason not to believe them .. or do I ..
