      Just got banned 5 minutes ago, perm ban.

      1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? both

      2)If so, when was the last time?: 1 hour ago

      3)What profile were you using?: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...r-mail-votfw-200-nph-jade-forest-220-nph.html

      4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: singular

      5)What plugins are you using?: skip nodes when mobs are near

      6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 8

      6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 50%

      7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 50

      8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

      9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No, never

      10)EU or US realm? EU

      11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? paid


      Weird thing is: No ticket / message or mail yet in my battlenet account & email...

      the same here no mail just perma ban. im wondring what to do now.

      These kind of ban "reports" are useless..
      Fill out the ban report form.

      They gave a suspension :)

      We have investigated your account and we have found that you where going against the terms of use recently with the activity you where having when you where online recently. You have received an email with more info on this subject.

      The ban where removed and instead a suspension where added on this account will end after 2013-04-29 17:24 and you may log in again at that time. If further terms of use are broken by the use of cheats, we may ban this account permanently.

      It seems there is definately something going on. Something weird. I cant remember blizzard going on a crazy banning spree, even towards medium botters like myself. Reverting a permanent ban ? That's even weirder, back in the day when glider got accounts banned, it was nearly impossible to get your account unbanned.

      Ah, well, i'm happy i'm getting it back in 3 days, i'm gonna lay low for a week and wait for news.

      You are lucky for receiving a suspension especially for a SoR :)

      Btw avoid to post exact date/hour otherwise you may lose the anonymity of your account

      He used normal, paid account.

      And even if one gets reduced penalty, like 72hrs ban on SoR, check your mails several hours later after the ticket, because they will check it again, and will require identification.

      Small update , I received this as an explanation today:

      Account: xxx

      Violation: Third Party Programs - Exploitation/Botting
      Action taken: 72 Hour Suspension

      Your account was suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use), the relevant part of which can be found in this article

      When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:
      Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.
