I use GB 2-3 hours a day for the past few weeks and don't see any issues at all. every 2 hours I end with a bag of herbs and bag of ore. You just have to be smart about it and not get greedy. Obviously I'm not going to make 50k a week doing this but I don't sell gold and do it for my own use. A few tips: - Random generated profiles are a must (Randombuddy) - plugin #1 - Avoidplayers from Giwin (again bro +rep it's amazing) - plugin #2 - Player reports detector from Giwin (shows who has targeted you (and possibly reported). - plugin #3 - logmeout (set to logout if you get a whisper or teleported. Also useful to set random durations to logout (2hr 39 min then next time set to 2hr 16min etc) Looks a lot less bot like imho. - use a guild bank if you have one. If not get one. There are many more tips and tricks but most have been posted already.
i been useing Gb every day for the past 4 weeks and not banned , u just need to be careful and swap profiles every 2-3 hrs
I've been using it 10-12 hours a day, every day for the past month. Mail to an alt and just sell ore/herbs on AH. Make 10K+ a day and no worries.
Gatherbuddy is a good way to get banned. (This includes Gather bros as it still collects from nodes and your ONLY gathering for hours..same concept) No one in their right mind would fly around for 2-8 hours just collecting ore. Even if you use a plugin to switch profiles. No one does it. How is that hard to understand? I don't get why anyone would leave it running for more than a half hour tbh. Also, whats the point of a plugin that tells you that someone targeted you? You still got reported/banned. I guess you can seethe and curse whomever's name on that list you think did you in when in reality it was your own stupidity flying around gathering for hours on end.
