Wow great job and quick response ! This is just a quality of life suggestion and I thought about writing a plugin myself (also compatible with GB2 etc). Would it be possible to add statistics, that you can open in an extra window while farming, like this: Ghost Iron Ore gathered: 21 (300 per Hour) Not actually nph, but amounts of the items gathered. This could then actually estimate the amount of gold gained per hour. Kind Regards, Kj
@fpsware I have been following this thread with keen interest. I think a bot that actually finds nodes and does not rely on a fix set of coordinates is much more akin to human behavior. Also, take into account that several people use stuff like Gatherer and Zygor guides, and most of the time you're following more or less the same routes as usual (I know how did, back when I manually farmed in Cata). I am really looking forward to a release of this tool, not only because I'm pretty sure it will be far more effective in terms of NPH, but also a bit safer. Thanks for your continued work!

Its currently flying around a zone with lots of obstacles and its getting caught up a lot. If after 20 (user definable) seconds it has not landed and is attempting to harvest the node it will blacklist it.
Pretty much yes, expect that it should not show nodes (Rich Ghost Iron Deposit), but the actual number of Ghost Iron Ore it gathered: i.e. 50 Ghost Iron Ore looted If you only take the nodes into account, you can only make a rough estimate, since it's a random amount of ores in every node. And having an option to see those stats in a window, while farming would be amazing. Or calculating the stats for an hour of farming. That would give you numbers, you could actually calculate with. [HR][/HR]Example: Time: 30 Minutes of farming Ghost Iron Ore: 34 (68 per hour) Green Tea Leaf: 231 (462 per hour) All in a neat frame. That would be so amazing! Or just in a "Status Report", if it takes too much time to create a GuI for that feature!

I don't know what those plugins do. But by your description, these features are already built into Farmer Joe.
After some modification last night and testing today I've dramatically increased my NPH. Running the same zone of cause, yesterday my NPH was ~160 today is ~220. Now this could be the result of few people farming in my area or fewer times entered into combat.
I didn't read all the 17 pages, because I have been away for a while, after blizzard decided to ban everyone, I've uninstalled WoW, but how is this alternative to GB2 working? Any release dates?
How is it working? EXTREMELY well, farming like a Chinese sweat shop slave on speed. Any release date? Maybe 1-6 weeks. More likely 4-6 weeks once closed beta testing completes.
