Now I know there will never be any 64 bit version of the bot nor will there be any support for the 64 bit wow client but it seems that no matter what I start ie: right click > run as administrator > wow.exe or even use the launcher and set the options to only run the 32 bit client it keeps running the x64 client.

So I answered my own question while typing this but figured I would give a heads up on this.
I removed the Wow-64.exe from the directory and am now able to run the x86 client just fine.

There are actually three files you need to delete if you're running Windows.

      WoW-64.exe
      Battle.net-64.dll
      MoviePr oxy.exe

If you have a Mac there's just one.

      World of Warcraft-64.app

Is Blizzard forcing 64-bit (if available) on patch 5.4?

      EDIT: Apparently.

Didn't know you could have a file with 2 periods.... Battle.net-64.dll.... come on now.
Just wait on the devs to finish their work and it'll be released.

Blizzard's currently in the process of discouraging 32bit usage. Eventually 64bit will be the only option.

32bit OSes aren't even standard anymore, they'll be retired soon enough.

First off...the files to delete are from a blue post. Patching 4.3.4 with the 64-bit client - Forums - World of Warcraft and was posted on WoW Insider World of Warcraft patch 4.3.2 64-bit client download and information [Updated x4] It is/was a battle net launcher tool file. I have no idea if it still exists but it did at one time.

Secondly WTF does deleting your 64 bit files have to do with waiting on the dev's to update HB? Some of us don't wait for HB to be updated to play WoW. Pretty pathetic for your first ever post. Lmao
