      I don't know if this is even specific to Windows 8 but I've noticed it on 2 different machines running windows 8. Whenever you use the launcher and after WoW and HB actual load. The HB Launcher.exe has an error and shuts down.
      It doesn't effect WoW32 or actually HB, I just haven't noticed anyone else having problems with it or even if it was worth mentioning.

      I've never had this issue... That's odd. Is there any logfile or no?

      It's the Launcher that's crashing, not Honorbuddy itself.

      I have the same problem, but I don't really care - it closes an app for me? Works for me.

      But the game & honorbuddy do launch fine though.

      well the important thing is its working. it would be nice if we could get some information about it why its happening to pass to the devs.

      Yes, thats the same error im getting just a pop-up that says the launcher has crashed. What other info does the devs require im glad to help out. If its a log file not sure if its the same or what just let me know.

      If anyone else is having this problem still I windows 8, you can run as administrator and should work properly.

      Same error on 8.1 - i just renamed wow-64 - seemed easier in long run for time being;

      8.1 is not officially supported by Honorbuddy.

      -- When the error comes up, it still works though.
