Are there any out there? I just dinged 90 last night so as soon as the new update to HB is ready I will start using honor buddy. I already have a great combat routine for balance but was curious if there were a good resto one as well.

Oracle is new but pretty good. It has some revolutionary ways of looking at healing as far as routines are concerned. Mirabis (the resident resto druid expert) also has a druid routine.
There are 2 very good ones in my opinion, Leaves (by Mirabis) and Oracle (By Wulf and the rest of the Pure Rotation Team). Mirabis contributes to the Oracle team if I am not mistaken and much of the Resto Druid portion of Oracle is the result. Please feel to correct me if this is not accurate. Either way I have used both and honestly am extremely happy with Both. Oracle you can find here in the Combat Routines section, If you Private Message Mirabis he can let you know how to find a copy of Leaves, or you search for it (not suppose to use the G word).
This. You'll do well on the metres - I really dunno how the healing bots go for Normal/Heroic fights though.
Mirabis contributed to the PureRotation project, however Oracle is almost entirely Wulf's project. Most of the Druid logic you see in Oracle is from Wulf; however they do share logic from time to time. It essentially comes down to two different ways to look at Restoration Druid healing. Both are done by intelligent coders who put countless hours in refining the routines and optimizing perfomance.
Thank you for the correction. I was really unsure as to the extent of the contributions between Wulf and Mirabis, and as such probably should not have commented on it. As for the CCs I really like them both. I doubt that you could go wrong with either.
