After 6 years of botting on and off between other programs and honorbuddy it seems they have finally permanently banned me and even greyed out the button on my license one to appeal. This is the result after numerous phone calls and emails in the past few days. Not only is this the second time in 30 days that we've found evidence of this account, but we've had numerous reports of similar activity for the past 4 years. We never close an account for the first offense, which is why we told you a month ago what was happening and why you received a 3 day suspension. There are logs indicating that one or more characters on this license were using an unauthorized cheat program (aka bot) to provide benefits that are not achievable through normal means. These types of programas offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game. This was on more than one occasion, and from the normal registered play location. Please understand that as a result of our findings and the harmful nature of the unauthorized programs on the game environment, the action taken against this license will not be reversed. Customer Services Blizzard Entertainment tl;dr - received a ban a month ago for botting. Was initially perma but reversed to 3 day. Used HB for literally 5 minutes to fly around northrend to find an Unborn Val'kyr and received another permanent ban 2 days later. Yes some ofthe botting over the years was 100% afk. Pretty much used every type of bot that was offered. It was a good run but they finally shut me down 2nd account started now and time to rebuild! If anyone knows of any random chance of getting a char off a banned account or even getting it unlocked after an email like that pm me! (if it worked would even send $ ur way) However I know this is probably it for the acc xD Just thought I would share. Good luck to you fellow buddies.
Dont spend your money! There is no chance, belive me! I am really sorry for your lost and lot of us was in same situation. But after this respond, you just can't back your account. Someone can lie to you to take your money. I have a friend who was get banned in sppring banwave. He have a lot of trouble to convience them that he isn't botter and he wasn't botting on that account. He was spend half month with ticketing because of grinding harmonyes. And you was using bot few days or weeks or months. Sorry mate....
Oh I know it is gone and I wouldnt give anyone anything until it was unbanned which is highly unlikely ^^ Didn't lose any mounts/achievements/pets so I am not all that mad xD
"We never close an account for the first offense" GM is lying, mine 8 years old account was perma banned on the very first offense, no amount of appeals helped. Granted I sold quite some gold, but nonetheless I was annoyed not even a warning or temp suspension on such old account. I wasnt botting then (gold was legit), but since I was pissed at Blizzard I started botting now
So look the good thing, they take 6 years to catch you, then start again and if they take another 6 years, maybe the game go shutdown before than your account xD P.S : You can make the battlechest bug, take it for 5$ , take two , on one account only play you in the another the bot 24/7 , If you lost, you lost 5$ , but not your main account
Ya dont believe i ever got a warning a few years ago when they banned me for using mimic, Was my first 3 days of botting EVER! was just using it to grind my last few levels on my mage, got banned tried to appeal.. No chance. Now I just dont give a shit lol
Not only is this the second time in 30 days that we've found evidence of this account, - This may be evidence that the scripts used server side are limited to 1 month max (since doing it throughout the lifetime of the account would cause a lot of legitimate people to get banned). but we've had numerous reports of similar activity for the past 4 years. - Proof that they keep logs for the life of the account There are logs indicating that one or more characters on this license were using an unauthorized cheat program (aka bot) - This may be proof that they only check per character and not the whole account! Benefits that are not achievable through normal means - Evidence that botting 24/7 will definitely be a consideration when deciding the account closure This was on more than one occasion, and from the normal registered play location - May be evidence that location is also a factor, for example you're more likely to be banned if you stay in the same zone

Any info on that would be great. Thanks edit: Also I believe when they talk about location in my email they are referring to where the account logged in IP wise. Since this account RARELY was logged in other than at home it seems to be the logical explanation. At some point or another I am pretty sure I visited every zone in the game botting one thing or another xD
No not location of where the IP is but of where you was farming on game. You say you was hardly on the account but let me guess you was farming one zone when logged in and logged in for ages? Since she is saying you did exactly that.
As for this, BANG RIGHT ON THE HAMMER! 100% true and it really is, I hope you know most of the big 3rd party dev's dont bot 24/7.
I feel your pain man. I was banned last week on my main account....22 level 90's all with 505+ ilvls, 3+ million gold, 13k'ish achievements, opened the day the game came out. I tried 3 appeals and was denied on all 3 appeals. My plan is to try appealing again in 6 months. This is what I've done on 2 other accounts and I've gotten them both back. We'll see how it goes. By then I'll have another account with 22 90's and millions of gold. It just sucks I lost my unobtainable achievements at this point.
I think they were reffering to his residential location, as in, it was from IP he always plays from, not particular zone in WoW, meaning, he cant say "i was hacked lol"
