Hey guys, Got IP banned recently, don't really care if I lost my account as that is my own fault, I've sent a support email but its more or less whatever. I'm pretty noob at all this stuff and I was wondering if there is an on-line video or manual or something along those lines as to how to bypass the IP ban. Just a heads up to all those currently botting I noticed that I stopped receiving currency but still getting loot as per usual and a couple hours later I was IP banned. Cheers guys, Fann
This is what I am afraid of. I had an account botting for under 24 hrs that got "flagged" some how and is recieving no currency. I haven't gotten an IP Ban, but I'm def not recieving any scrolls or currency. For answering your question, I'm not sure how to go about fixing the issue. However, there are a couple things you could try: Unplugging your modem for 30 seconds and plugging it back in might generate a new IP if your ISP has a dynamic IP system. If that doesn't work, you could try contacting your ISP and requesting an IP change (Say that some people got your IP and have been threatening to DDOS or something). I suppose the other way is to try to use a ***** service - I have no experience with this outside of using one in a browser, so I have no idea how it works. I suppose you'd have to pay for a good/reliable one.
These guys seem to be more on the ball when it comes to detecting and banning unlike some other companies *cough* blizzard *cough* lol
