I don't believe this. What you should do if you can't afford 'Paying' them, stop using bot like there's no tomorrow. You have to use it like it was you playing, and don't post tons of auctions or grind stuff 24/7.

I was reported by another player all because I was buying his buddy's BOTTED ghost iron ore for 40g/stack and turning it into profit. He thought I was using it to level my professions on several characters blacksmithing, engineering, etc. So I went along with it. I had so much ghost iron ore that I didn't know what to do with. Guy was sending me well over 200 stacks/day. Business was going very well till the supplier found out I was "taking advantage" of him he got mad and told me that he could do the same thing I was doing and make more gold then he was currently. told me we were done no more deals, no more ore. so i said fuck him, removed him from my list and ignored him. Next day I started to farm the ore myself. I advertised in trade chat that I was looking to sell trillium bars at 1000g/stack. The suppliers buddy then sends me a threating whisper saying "I KNEW IT I KNEW IT! YOU WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY BUDDY! BUYING THE ORE FOR 40G/STACK AND TURNING INTO PROFIT FOR YOURSELF! THAT IS PRETTY LOW OF YOU! THATS IT YOU ARE DONE! I WILL MAKE SURE NOR MYSELF OR ANYBODY BUYS ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN! Next day I get banned.... and I am pretty sure that is why my account got closed. not because the hours or auctions posted. all because of one person.
Doubt it, they usually don't ban for using the auction house or buying in bulk...unless all the auctions are getting posted like you said before...but, if anything the other person would get banned...still is a weird issue though
the only REAL reply that I actually received regarding this account. Howdy, This penalty has already been upheld. This is because we have prove proof of a botting program being used on your WoW account, and also that you played for 41 hours back to back between 11/12 7 PM to 11/13 1 PM. This would be inhumanly possible for one person to do. It is also against our policy to account share, so if you were to say your son had taken over, the penalty would alos still taken. I'm sorry that this had to happen, but there is literally nothing we can do with this account anymore. Regards.
