I'm not sure what the developers do for money besides this program, but after spending a lot of time with ISXEQ2, you assume your money is serving the purpose of maintenance of the code and to keep the coders desire for anti detection. Sure there's lifetime, but for subscription purposes it's no differen than a mmorpg. You buy the product then pay monthly to help support further coding and customer support. I'll gladly take 7 day break to ensure my $80 accounts (vanilla+bc+wotlk) are not all banned at once. I'd even wait an extra week after my experience with the openbot banwave (blizzard let a whole week go before banning anyone after a Tuesday patch, I lost 8 accounts).

7 days is nothing, just think of your money as their income, they're trying to please you by protecting your investment while you please them by paying monthly.

We all know how blizzard can be with detection after openbot, should just be thankful they're taking precautions even though warden dev supposedly has been slacking

On ISXEQ2 there could be two patches in one month and amadeus could take up to 5 days to code for the new version of the client.

I guess some people dont seem to understand what this patch does. Its huge. It doesnt just change raids and talents. The entire game is changed. Soon after we will start phasing into the cata event.

You pay for the downtime to ensure that the product is safe to use. Do some of you really think that when HB is down for updates that the devs should stop getting paid? The same goes for WoW realm downtime. The Blizz devs still get paid for making sure that the realms are stable.

I forsee alot of threads like this coming up soon and I hope all of them result in a mute.

I find it funny when people say they paid for so and so useable time. Just think of it like this.. You payed for a bot, well to be technical its on your computer and you can run it.. but it won't function because of an outside forces issue "Blizzard Updating". Like weather canceling a flight..

Stop bitching. Would you rather it be put out with a bugged version that could get detected and you lose you WoW account and then have to pay for that? Yea didn't think so.

Compared to other sites I've been on 7 days is super fast. And this isn't cheats for a shooter they dont give you more time.

To people complaining that they paid for a month and deserve reimbursement for their down time.

You are paying for a product that relies on another product. You should be aware of changes coming to WoW and down times that could come up. I knew that 4.0.1 would be coming and that I was going to lose time, I assumed 7 to 10 days of GB/HB, but I still reactivated a few accounts for farming.

Yes it sucks, you can't bot. Least you have a massive fucking WoW patch with tons of new shit to distract you for a few days hopefully.

You shouldn't complain. You could goto some other bots and be down for almost 3-4 weeks instead of 7 to 10 days. Out of all the bots out there the Dev Team of GB/HB is the only Dev Bot team that has their bot up in that amount of time. So if ya can't handle 7 to 10 days then go to a different bot and complain to them that they are taking 3-4 weeks instead.

Just as a note to all of you; our average turnaround time for patch updates is within 8 hours. (We're fully updated for the new patch)

However, we choose to take the extra time to iron out any changes that cause issues. With the size, and amount of changes coming with 4.0.1, it's no surprise that 7 days is what we're looking at.

The turnaround for this patch may actually take us a full day to update. And another 6 for testing and tweaking alone. They've made a lot of changes to WoW internally that (luckily) we've been waiting for.

Well, due to how things work, we're sorta both.

We can start updating for a new patch months in advance (assuming a PTR is available). However, we can't actually update for the general community, until the actual release is.... released. The WoW clients are vastly different from PTR to Release builds.

Hopefully it'll be an easy update. If not, then no big deal.

I don't mind if it takes a month as long if it means many of the issues will be fixed.

I understood that many problems with HonorBuddy were ignored because of the upcoming patch. Hopefully, with the new patch, these problems will be given attention.

      a) Arathi Basin mesh (gets stuck trying to get out of the water)
      b) Not dismounting to fight in PVP
      c) Bot stops attacking when non-controllable pet (ghoul/gargoyle/bloodworms) attacks enemy. Bot sees it as another person tagging the mob first.
      d) Isle of Conquest mesh (pipes near middle)
