Do you have your WOW client already open prior to opening HB? And WOW updated yesterday, so make sure you're running it in 32bit mode. The update will reinstall the 64bit.
I see the battle.net desktop app on your desktop there. If you use that, there's no way to use 32-bit wow, which is required for the bot to work. Also, make sure you have wow open. The bot can't attach to a process that isn't running. Other than that, attach a log like Tony suggested or give us a lot more details besides a pic that shows next to nothing.
Actually, I'm pretty sure you can select to launch the 32-bit client from the battle.net launcher, think it's a checkbox somewehre. Dont use the thing myself though, so I cant be sure
From the wow launcher, yes, you can check 32-bit, but it doesn't work for everyone. From the battle.net desktop app, you have to use 64-bit...at least last time I played with it, which was awhile ago. Look in the bottom left hand corner of your wow opening screen. If it says the version number, then (x86), you're good. If it says (x64) you need to switch it back to 32-bit. There's tutorials on how to switch to 32-bit around.
