Auth Failed - unable to login

Can't log in to HB with either of my keys I have two lifetime keys and they both respond with the same error, I was playing just before the trip went off the other day

Code:

[05:30:50.562 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.8844.708 started.
[05:30:51.764 N] Logging in...
[05:30:52.579 N] There was an error during a server request. Please inform a staff member!
[05:30:54.370 N] Authentication failed!

I just dl'ed and ran the installer but im not sure if .708 is the most recent bot base
I've cleared the cache files and im not sure what I should do next

You should be using .711, not .708. Also, please attach your full log.

New build is out

Version .708 is no longer usable and will not be able to use the autoupdater.
Please update to .711 manually.

anyways that was the full log file. Any reason why my HB wouldn't auto update?
I've downloaded the .711 from the website and ran the installer it says at this point repair / uninstall, and HB itself seems to still be using .708
I'd rather not do a full uninstall than a reinstall but if thats the case thats fine i guess

 

use the zip.
download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.
