  • "This software is not authorized to be used from Germany" - but I'm in france!

      Hello,
      I just bought Honorbuddy.
      Yesterday, before the patch everything worked fine. After updating Honorbuddy v2.5.8935.712 I constantly get the error:
      This software is not authorized to be used from Germany

      I'm located in france, with a france ip. I checked pages like
      IP Address Locator - Enter an IP address to find its location - Lookup Country Region City etc and
      ?????? IP ?????

      They also say, I connect from france.

      My ISP uses static IPs so I can't change it. Maybe the HP team can whitelist my IP?

      Do you use any pr?xy to improve your latency ?

      The host name is: p5xxx7C6F.dip0.t-ipconnect.de


      Thats how your ip and host name looks like. Looks like the service you use is germany based. Can you talk with your ISP and ask them about it

      I use a SSH-tunnel to exit our companys network - but all traffic will go this way. And yesterday, right after I bought the 3 day test pass, everything was working just fine.

      maybe your company has changed their routing?
