TheBrodieMan Productions presents: The Animus, Loremaster Achievement Completion Profiles.
Concept based on Animus "quotes" and ideas from popular series Assassin's Creed, this achievement selector will allow you to "relive" the storyline of earlier quests that you may have skipped, or lines you didn't do on other continents or areas. Please note that this project is IN PROGRESS and profiles are being released in tandem with my Leveling Profile collection, and as they are completed and tested, will end up here. Also note that FLIGHT SUPPORT is currently being added in, as the awesome folks at Bossland have implemented a flight change to HB to make adding flying only a few keystrokes per line!

Please Note that running any and all of these profiles will CLEAR YOUR QUEST LOG! If you have any long-term quests you are running that would lose long-term progress by abandoning, then DO NOT run these profiles until complete or you are willing to abandon them!

Current Capabilities​

Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor are currently the only 2 enabled continents.
Supported zones are highlighted in blue. Green means its ready, just needs final touches (message updates, achievement checks).

WARNING: Continent profiles are setup to go through all profiles regardless of presence of said profiles AT THIS TIME. For the next day or so (until I get the bulk of finished profiles up), this will not work as intended. PATIENCE!
NOTE: This plugin requires your character to be AT MINIMUM level 60.

 

Thread Management Rules​

Posts are archived according to the following rules:

• Posts older than 30 days are archived.
  Unless there is a significant reason they should remain.

• Posts without attached, full logs that demonstrate the problem will be archived without comment. (And may face the wrath of TheBrodieMan's sarcasm)

Major issue found with WoW relating to Achievement checking!

It would seem that users that use multiple accounts and/or multiple characters are subject to this issue:
Achievements are reporting as wrongly "Complete" or "Incomplete by this character". Apparently, this issue is widespread beyond HB users and is something flooding the forums with no (that I found) blue response to it that remedies the situation. I, myself, suffer from this issue everyday on my main and it is very frustrating to not know what achievements I do and don't have already. The temporary remedy is all that works so far and here's what it is, as recommended by Blizz:

Complete Cache clear of WoW. This includes WoW/Cache and WoW/Data/Cache. You must do this with WoW and Battle.net client off of course.
With WoW still off, go to WoW/Interface/Addons and delete Blizzard_AchievementUI.

This fix is TEMPORARY! You will be hit by this again after you do one of the following:
1) Log out and log back in
2) Zone to a new instance or continent
3) Possibly on ReloadUI

Basically it will work so long as you don't hit a loading screen after logging in.
Achievement checks are how this plugin works. Short of checking if every quest is done for an area, or just daisy-chaining every profile together, this issue is damaging to this plugin until blizz can fix it. Best course of action is to move to the intended area, close wow, clear the files above, then restart and start the bot. Best I can do for now.

 

Probably cache. But I can't tell without a log and telling me which quest it was so I can research faster.

Hovering over mobs like that is an HB/flightor issue. If it keeps happening please submit a report/log to HB support.

 

Seems like it was just a cache error. Deleted it and it works flawlessly. Thanks man, great plugin!

 

Works, he did quests, which lacked in strangenholm, but he flew to Loch Modan and hovered at the NPC at the south gate, where he begins to pass quests, but I have them have already been implemented and that it hung on the NPC

 

Not sure exactly what the issue is. Can you provide a log file? Is it skipping quests? Is it not doing some?

Now I test Kalimdor, and so far so good, had already made 3 zones.

 

tested on kalimdor and worked well , got stuck prob 5 times but other than that nice work

 

Any insight to where it got stuck?

 

around quest 10 on southern barrens just kept fly in circles instead of dismounting to burn catapults, and stuck under boat on 1000 needles on about quest 5

Quest 5 = ?
Please provide log files and quest names.

 

here is the 2 logs i have 19312 is southern barrens and 27944 is 1000 needles hope these help

edit , just checked if they uploaded correct and they seem that there not completly there

 

Basically sometimes problems arose with the cave entrance

And everything works fine

 

finished both Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms using this. Profiles work fine. It just gets stuck at certain moments not fully afk-able but perfectly workable while watching tv or whatever. The only weird issue I found is during my questing in Southern STV when it's at the The Bloodsail Buccaneers quest part it flew all the way north and north and north till it was somewhere deep into the northern ocean and died of fatigue. I don't remember exactly where in the questline it was as I just recovered my corpse and finished the remaind ~ 30 quests manually since it was my very last zone for my loremaster achievement anyway. Any ETA on Outlands?

 

Unfortunately without a log I can't tell you why it would fly north and keep going. I can guarantee you it wasn't programmed to by the profile intentionally. Outlands is under the premium section.

 

Stonetalon mountain problems.

Having a few issues in Stonetalon mountians. bot just kills same mob and stands in place. I even went ahead and finis View attachment 9028 2014-07-14 05.33.txt hed the quest manually and grabbed View attachment 9028 2014-07-14 05.33.txt
