don't want to be a racist, but ... it's because you are German. you have an different honorbuddy then the rest and you can't use all the bots, because of legal reason.
Replying in German, because... you know. Die Kurzvariante: Die Macher von Honorbuddy haben in Deutschland einen Rechtsstreit verloren und mussten deswegen viele Funktionen des Bots deaktivieren. Du wirst also als deutscher Bürger keinen Questing-Bot mehr bekommen. Zum zweiten Problem kann ich dir nicht viel sagen. Versuch den Bot mal komplett neu runterzuladen und in einem neuen Ordner neu zu starten. TL;DR: Questing not available in germany due to lawsuit. Issue #2 might be fixed my reinstalling the bot.
