      As i posted here

      http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...182-wow-fps-very-low-below-20-when-bgs-2.html

But it was closed the last post was..

How ever, If you had of been reading my post correctly u would of seen that i however DID post a log. The log was so lame and had NOTHING to do with my problem i was able to "TYPE" it out in a matter of seconds. Because i remembered what it has said [01:18:13.422 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.9958.729 started

This is ALL i get in my logs. I already posted that, their was absolutly 0 and i mean 0! reason for that thread to be closed. If their is literally NO FIX instead of hiding it like a baby and closing the thread (in hopes i will shut up about it) your better of just saying it and telling me, Their is nothing to hide here. Ok i have a reason to be frustrated! and even this one was much more funny...

again, You were JUST trying to be funny, right their in that post. i mean look at it read it again

"It is therefore logical to assume that you have no real intention of solving your problem. Thread should be closed. good day" good day? Its all funny because if u look up a few posts or what ever, I posted my log exactly what was in my logs and i posted the last 3 or 4..... it would be of my sincere apologies to any members if i made any members just look like an idiot...

and for those of you who dont know...I don’t insult people, I just compliment them negatively!

      best regards...

Why wont you attach a logfile just as it was posted ?
If there is even a "how to attach a logfile" thread then there my be a reason why you need to attach a logfile and not just copy and paste, when you call a callcenter you also have to go through the whole stupid process that may seem not necessary to us, but may be for troubleshooting, i can understand that you are upset, but instead of attaching your logfile as discribed in one of the links given by CodenameG, you open up a new support thread where you again do not attach a logfile.

Just attach it and they will look through it ...

tl;dr (not really) if you've followed all the rules to post a log they will assist you with your issue, in the same way that I posted wrong once in Bobby's Singular thread because I couldn't be bothered to read how to post and those issues never get fixed.

You can put it in a .zip file if the file is too large.

Support needs to ensure that the problem is as clear as possible, there are so many people asking for technical support, who run into trouble solved by "have you plugged in the router ?", its all about time management, sometimes it seems funny to us but most of the time it has a reason, making support faster - technical support is not always as easy as it seems, so it needs a different approach of thinking, when asking questions in the support forum i always felt fine with the time it took to answer, but just because i gave them all of the needed information, not enough info means that you wrote a letter to a mechanic saying "my car does not start" - its redundant, its a forum so you dont have the immidiate feedback like on the phone, or direct communication, thus it is in general interest to communicate as accurate as possible

In your case - just upload the log, - like in the next post - they will be glad to help you and you can do whatever you want sooner, and if you need help how to attach a file i can assist you in skype :)

open your task manager, right click the wow process, set your priority to high. If it wont let you, click show processes from all users and then try setting the priority to high.
