What version, specifically...?

 

I save all versions and name them my self, when its updated, the version number is never added to it, future lesson always keep em and make your own version numbers by the side. I can just say its the version when .28 was released. so you know when and how long, if you have them, try different once until it works. Or try your old folders that are not deleted just transfer quest tools from your old folder into a new one and see if it works, if it doesn't that means its more up to date.

 

Mind uploading your old version of QuestTools?

Edit: Currently using QuestTools 1.5.21 and Trinity 1.8.28 (without chest opening checked in options) and it works flawlessly.

Please people, don't post logs of anything less than 5 hours if not just to show an insane lucky streak or something like that. 2 hours doesn't tell us anything about the big picture because of variance.

I always post my report of more than 10 hours (you can search my posts in this thread) and am sometime really pissed off because some people (like the one I quoted) mentioning about nerfing/rate decreasing, that's why I posted my 2 hour report to show him that the lph rate is always fine as it is before.

Thing is, if the leg drop rate is 0.000001%, then when we have 100%, it only comes up to 0.000002%. Those two numbers are nothing different. So, the buff Bliz is giving us does not mean much as well. Everything is based on RNG.

 

Just for reference, that's version 1.5.52

 

on page 171 i posted my log for almost 5 hours (4:40). 5+ lph at only 51gph (since i used a plugin to take random breaks so i won't get that 42xxxx error anymore).

i say that the buff works (it says to find legendaries so it should apply to all). but, even with +100% buff .. rng is still rng. you have more chances, but you could end up with low legs anyway.

 

if you compare a log of 100 hours prior to the patch with a 100 hours after the patch, with the same gph; lph should more or less have doubled.

this is just wrong math here. let's say you had 0.1% chance before so the buff will give you 0.2% chance. that won't double the number of legs (if you get double legs is just a coincidence) it just give you a better chance to find them.

 

posting a log for 2 hours... cmon. i know, you have 8 lph and is impressive but all of us had that 1-2 hours with a bag full of legs then 4 hours dry. come back after at least 3 more hours and let's see how much lph you have.

 

what the.. so better chance of finding a legendary won't increase the number of legendaries you find? how do I into statistics? on average, doubling the chance of finding a leg will double the amount of legs you find.

 

Yeah man i know. Earlier i ve doing some rifts i ended with 4.2 lph + legs from kadala then i realized that chest runs with that buff should give me 6/7 lph after longer period of time bcoz from my experience i had always 3/3.5 after days of farming chests. What i want to say chest runs ARE NOT nerfed. Cheers guys happy hunting set items

 

Which means that on the long run you will be getting double the LPH that you would be getting without the event.

Like seriously, you are even saying it yourself.

 

Does anybody have an issue with the bot not picking up legendaries that drop behind a chest? I have seen my DH get stuck/not do anything multiple times when a leg drops, but this is usually only when the item drops behind a chest (like it doesn't know how to run around to pick it up).

 

How to fix this is mentioned the first post. Just download the HandleTarget.cs file and replace it with your current one.

Maybe in that demon hunter package? But that one is adjusted to demon hunter...
