Load Profile Button Not Working

Hey team -

I know this behavior has been seen by other people but my Load Profile button is not working. Following previous tech support topics I have completely uninstalled .NET Framework and C++ Redistributables. I rebooted. I ran the Buddy Dependency Installer and the .NET 4.5.1 Installer. No luck.

No relevant log needed as Honorbuddy is not running.

Ideas?

Resolution:
I was having an issue running Buddy Dependency Wizard because I had uninstalled all previous .NET 4.x Frameworks and it was missing the "intermediate" 4.0 and 4.5 frameworks to install 4.5.1
Uninstalled all .NET and Visual C++ Redistributables (Again)
Manually downloaded and installed .NET Framework 4.0, .NET Framework 4.5, .NET Framework 4.5.1 with a restart between each install
Ran Buddy Dependency Wizard and Restarted
