Hi All, So been botting on my paid account for a while now (2 years) usually gatherbuddy for like 8 hours a day or so while im at work. 2 Days after Honorbuddy Auth servers up about 2 hours into my normal routine (supervised all the time as nothing to do at work) noone around and I get a random DC. GM advised they have updated Warden and now able to detect botting more easily. I was advised that they would let me off with a suspension this time as I was a long term customer but he did say that if I do it again they WILL know. Just thought would let you guys know. Cheers
hehe no worries, seems a bit crazy for a GM to admit that but who knows, theres been a lot of crazy stuff goin on here the last few days, an update from the devs would be nice no matter how brief. Just to try and end some of the speculation and worries atleast.
Shame there are no screenies, you never know they might be able to detect it as the new update hasnt been fully checked yet as devs stated or said it in a different way lol
A GM would never say that they have updated the anti cheat system. He may of said I noticed you do the same shit every day for the last 4 months so I took a look at your account and found you doing it again checked your player and seen you move retartedly as the bot does. He banned you and placed you on rank 3 so you can get it lifted. Also even if you are watching it gatherbuddy is just as bad as using bgbuddy, so many people use it they could be reporting you for taking their items.
I also call utter bullshit to the OP's thread. Blizz never mentions The Warden and Friends or anything to do with their ban-tech. Nothing to see here guys but a bit of attention whoring idiocy.
Its all a lie and heres how..... 1. You have no screen shots. You can hit print screen, and paste the screen shot into paint, save it and up load it. Very easy to do and has been around for years. 2. You said you were in the live chat....Ive used the live chat before on a few occasions my self. You have the ability to SAVE the chat log, as well as PRINT it out. 3. I actually KNOW for a fact that its against Blizzards rules and regulations to divulge ANY KIND of information about how they preform there security. I vote a ban for you on the forums as well! IP BAN so you cant make another account!
