Repairing far away instead of using vendor right next to him

I'm botting BG's and have my toon camped next to the Horde quartermaster in Pandara. There is a repair vendor Doris Chiltonius right there. All of my toons (20+) repair just fine with Doris but one of my DK's will not repair there and insists on flying south to try and repair at Fixxit Redhammer but always gets stuck because he can't seem to navigate properly in to the bottom of the tower.

I'm using the current HB release and BGFarmer by Millz as the botbase. Any ideas what's going on with the one DK?
