Hey buddy! Thanks for attaching the log. The first thing I noticed is you are lvl 85, as the defualt settings are set up for end game raiding and not lvl 85 healing. I myself would take the the out of the box settings though and tweak some things down as the prayer of healing amount to a little lower and possible the binding heal settings and flash heal settings need to be adjusted as well. Not having the lvl 90 talent plays a huge part in the lack of healing...that and you do not have the stats to support he way the settings are set up. I am sorry if I cannot answer it any better as I do not have a lower lvl priest I can tinker with to make some settings for.

Yes Oracle heals the way one should. but let me make this clear it does not do everything for you and it is not the noobs combat routine. You have to know how to tweak the settings to your liking. The out of the box settings work but not the way everyone wants to heal as everyone wants to heal differently.

Oracle 2 actually as about 1000 times more feature, is that much smarter and so much less buggy. You more than likely have some odd settings some where. As O1 had some major flaws in it that you had to overcompensate with settings to correct.

Currently SOLO HEALED ALL BOSSES, EXCEPT FOR SPOILS, on SoO 10 Man Normal with 578 iLvL. Some bosses selfless healer, others eternal flame.. (could be my setting, but i think that eternal flame rotation, etc, need some work, but SH is great atm). Multiple strategies to make that happen, of course, but the key strategy is to use your cooldowns and hands by yourself, be smart.

Talents: Speed of Light, Fist of Justice, Selfless Healer (a few bosses went EF, like Malkorok), Unbreakable Spirit (a few bosses went Clemency, like Fallen Protectors and Thok), Holy Avenger, Holy Prism (a few went Light's Hammer, like Thok).
Glyphs: Beacon of Light, Hand of Sacrifice and Flash of Light.

Stats buffed: 50.56% mastery, 45.04% haste, 22.87% crit, 14.2k spirit and 55k spell power.

P.S.: won't share my settings, don't ask for it. I had a lot of work to find the proper tunning for everyboss on 10 Man (both normal and Heroic, i'm 11/14H) and won't give it for free, obviously.

Not that I am doubting his settings are good or anything, but one person's settings are what he likes and enjoys and how his raid comp are. They are not going to be perfect for everyone.

It's not for sale. I'm just telling people what the routine can do, if you take some time (and knowledge) to properly setup it up (accordingly to your needs). Every boss is a different encounter, so i made a different setting (total of 15 settings, because i got 2 for Shamans). My settings won't work for anyone, except me, beacuse all my heal %, for example, is based on MY STATS. I've made calculations for when to use cooldowns on every fight (because i use all cooldowns, and all 'hands', manually). I've disabled some things like holy light and divine light (Holy Radiance is my main spell)... etc... There's a lot of customization =)

Glad you clarified and I apologize if my statement came off as me saying you were selling. I was trying to make the point you did and well you wrote it out better!

      O2 Support Team --
I'm not sure if it's the new HB (748) or the new O2 update, but for some reason O2 is not healing nearly as well as it was on the previous HB (747) and the O2 revision before the 11-Sep update. I'm using the same optoins (general and class) that I was using for the two older versions mentioned above. My toon seemed to "stand around" most of the time casting some healing rains, and throwing out a few occasional heals every now and then. It could just be that other healers were "sniping" the targets needing healing, but I kept an eye on the health percentages during the raid and there were a few players that were actually dying because they weren't getting any heals, and I watched my toon just idle as they died. They were in range because their nameplate color was bright green, and not dark green. I'll attach my general and class settings files, and I'll also attach my log. The routine also seemed a little slow to respond.

      Personal Resto Shaman class/general settings
Store Tyrael; hard lock; 20 tps; forced combat mode selected

Edit: I've also tried a variety of settings on Tyrael and in O2. I continue to end up in last place of six healers. I've tried hard lock, soft lock, tps at anywhere between 15 up to 30, I've tried continuous healing mode on/off, I've tried forced combat mode on/off, I've tried with and without stop casting in O2 settings, I've even tuned healing value all the way up to 99% and still the routine is not healing well. It also seems to be casting healing rain on my location a majority of the time whereas it used to follow the settings and look for the biggest cluster of players to cast it on. I've watched tanks die, dps die, other healers die, and the routine would not heal. I've watched the HB log window and it just idles there doing nothing during fights. I'll attach a second log as well.

Edit 2: It seems HB did not generate a second log, but instead appended the new sessions to the old log, so it's the same log, just longer.

Try turning off forced combat and have continuous heal on in Tyrael. Make sure frame lock is on and que up for ordos or celestials and get another log. I have been healing today and have not seen this issue.

Yes, I've tried with and without both forced combat and continuous healing modes, but not at the same time. I've tried one or the other, but I have tried both of those options. I can't queue for Ordos since I don't have the cloak yet, but I'll try and get another log up as soon as possible.

Celestial's is fast way to get a log. Almost instant invite as heals. You may have to delete you /hb/settings/oracle2 folder with all the changes going sometimes it will mess up. Also if you do delete settings folder don't change anything in o2 before you test it please.

Ok, I deleted the HB/Routines/OracleII folder, and the HB/Settings/OracleII folder just to be sure I got rid of all OracleII related options and files. I left everything at the stock streamed options. I had Tyrael set to 25 tps with Continuous Healing Mode enabled (checked). I did the Celestials fight. Here's the log, still with me in last place with healing, and it still felt like the routine was "slacking" with casting. During heavy raid damage I saw a few Riptides that were cast, I didn't *personally* see any single target heals that were cast (not saying they weren't, just that I didn't see them), and I don't recall seeing any Healing Rains get cast anywhere. I watched the entire fight the whole time and there was a lot of things going on.

I looked back at my recount and it does show that I did cast some other spells, but as I said, I never really saw them, but I can just chalk that up to my bad vision and the fact that some things were being cast so fast that I didn't see them get cast.
