      Didn't work for me. I logged ok, I try to download few free bot but simply the browser Refresh. No download possibility. I tried with IE 11, Firefox, Chrome, but no results. I use Windows 8.1. Another my friend have the same problem.

      any chance the store could have a easier layout?

      the buddy store page layout https://www.thebuddyforum.com/thebuddystore/honorbuddy-store/ allows ease of use with a chapter heading at a glance page, and access to go down layers and up again while still seeing where you are at all times.

      in terms of accessibility, its slow going between pages (up to 5 seconds usually) and clunky to use, with no breadcrumbs to lead you back through the maze... so much scrolling on a mobile and even on a pc.

      H1, H2 and H3 defined headings aid accessibility.

      the large icons used take up too much room, there are no alt elements for these ie text,

      its not compliant and throws up way to many errors. you cant print from it,

      enabling GZIP compression would help the load times, up to 30% reduction in transfer size

      minifying the css would mean a 20% reduction in size.

      its just so .. 90s..

      Ok, this is the situation:

      I was go to "My purchases", but say to me "no purchases". Honorbuddy Windows "Buddy Store" recognize me (Sgranalossa), but nothing happen into store. When I click "Obtain for free" the only thing wich change its a static pink bar up the "Obtain for free" button

      Before press "Obtain for free" Button

      The difference is that strange pink bar. Same if I choose pay Bot... HELP!!

      some of the guys selling their wares must see how ugly this storefront is to navigate through

      OK so i can log into my authportal and see my key, and i can also log into store and see the profiles I bought. but when i start HB i get nothing.. any ideas? also i cant for the life of me remember the email i used to buy HB. thxs

      sorry for the crazy edits, trying to get this right... if I bought the HB with one email, then Bought the routines with a different email/paypal then that would cause a merge problem?

      thanks for putting a disable button on the store to stop the lite versions etc

      I bought a routine, then I accidently refunded the wrong routine, and now I can't buy the other one... :/ What do I do?

      Official policy is no repurchase once refunded.

      You will literally have to wait over a year, perhaps more, perhaps less, for the store to allow a repurchase of the item you asked to refund.

      It probably will happen, but not today, and not soon. Probably there's a German make word for nasty efficiency like schadenfreude that describes this.

      if i get you the right way, you are saying that rndbuddy does stream on (1) but not on (2) and (3). am i getting this right?

      /edit: sry i didn't look at the date - if you still require assistance, please use rndbuddys support thread.

      Hi,

      I have the same problem as Sgranalossa (when I click on "Obtain for free", only a pink static bar appears but nothing more - when I click on "My purchases", it's empty). I don't see any answer, can you help me please ?

      are you using the same account the one your hb key is linked to?

      If I have a honorbuddy key with 3 sessions, should I buy a product 2-3 times to have it run on multiply machines at the same time? I usually leave the bot at home farming and also farm on my work too. Can I use the product on both PCs if I buy it once?

      if you buy a product it will be available to all keys and sessions linked to that account

      Thanks for the answer. One last clarification...will it be available on the same time? Say I buy Fury Unleashed II routine and have my warrior at work pc grinding for leather and log in at home with my second warrior to play..Will I be able to use it again? Different pc, different sessions, same honorbuddy key.

      from what i know, of'cause. i dont know any way to purchase one product twice with the same account
