      As title says, I'm looking for a config for Ignore pain that will only activate if low hp then spam Battle rage to heal myself with the Ignorance is bliss rune

      I second that, this (and fire chains... and rime on GR28+) is the only reason my barb dies nowadays

      I figured that it was indeed coded in Trinity and ticked fury dump a few seconds ago it is working wonders... there is, however, no indication that it would have worked this way if there was no forum or code reading done :p

      Seeing that ignore pain doesn't use fury and sometimes you want to spam it but not other fury spam (if you use beserker rage passive) is there a way to change it so that it gets spammed whenever off cd?
