so how does this work? do i just buy battlechest+mop+1month gametime on the first account and then use the ingame recruit a friend link to recruit the 4 others? so they all share the xp boost from RAF? do i also have to buy gametime on the 4 other accs so they can share these benefits? thanks.

do i have to buy mop tho to recruit a friend? i have battle chest and there's no raf button.. also do you know if i have to have a certain level on the character im sending the RAF invites with?
You can just create all the account then RAF them from the main account as this can be done any time in the first 30 days of a new account but the RAF time starts from the creation date not the date RAF invite is sent. Once you have all 5 account up and running and at level 15 do this. Dungeonbuddy setup guide.
alright. and how do i choose that the bot queues up automatically the correct random dungeons? right now i can only select classic dungeons and if new ones are available i have to click them myself, i.e it's not fully afkable.
if all your characters are of the same level and you select random on the dungeonbuddy it should run randoms of classic if lvl 58 or tbc if lvl 59, you can select the next expac dungeon at 58 but to do random you have to be 59 same for woltk too
