Hey! Long time since i botted and I remember you could get banned for putting things out on AH ? How did that work?

I got 1 toon farming ghost iron ore.. Im putting 16 stacks that undercuts the others on AH. with 1-2 gold. Then wait to they get sold and put another out.

is this a safe way ? Trying also to sell in trade chat mostly.

      Thanks

16 stacks as far as i know aint much i used to sell 70+ stacks all at once. Bigger problem is farming then selling i think.

The best way to go about this is finding a private buyer. Either way, you're more likely to get banned from player reports than from flooding the Ah, especially with one farmer.

Shit I put about 300+ stacks of items up all the time. But for me I do tons of different things. Mostly tailoring and enchanting supplies, tons of meats as well. Always running different profiles all the time. One day ill be doing dungeons for a few hours. Next day farming old raids. Next day farming random mobs in MoP. Next day farming 1-600 tailoring mats. Just dont do the same shit everyday and you are good, at least its been working for me for awhile now.

I regularly put out 100+ stacks on AH at once. I usually save up all my loot, lately I have been vendoring greens which are non transmorg items just because they don't sell well. I still end up with lots of crap. I do everything by hand trying to time the market so I get max profit, but some stuff I just want to get rid of for storage space. I am afraid to use AH routines because of the variations in the market. I usually price crap to sell the first time.

It really depend what kind of account you use. Try to flood the AH with fresh account, and you will get flagged soon enough, or either farm ores/herbs and feed the AH with same account.

But if you own veteran enough account, you can simply feed the AH with infinite mats. I do regularly put 500-1000 auctions from some of my veteran accounts, sometimes with 2-3 characters per account, since 5-6 years.

I concur with the finding a private buyer in lieu of posting pages of materials on the AH. Usually the private buyer doesn't give a shit how you got it as long as they're getting a bargain. ~insert anecdote here~ I'd be much more concerned with an unobserved bot than what one does with what was yielded during the process. Especially with CRZ being implemented, you're much more likely to be seen doing abnormal things than before. Just use your brain, and you'll be much less likely to be a target for suspension or termination.

The amount of AH stacks you should post depends on server size mostly and demand of the item, you can check on sites like wowuction and such to find demand of item. Its never a good idea to totally flood the AH regardless if you botted or not, it drives the price of the item down on the server and you will make a lot less money in the long run. If you are at the point where you are farming so much you don't have the space to not post insane amounts of stacks on the AH at once you really should look for a private buyer, If they are not dumb they know you are a botter but they don't care they just want to make gold and even if you are flooding the AH you don't get banned nearly as often for that (its pretty rare in my case) as you will get reported by players who see you botting out in the world.
