Fuark, I was excited for prepatch because 550 pvp was going to be sold for honor. But it just hit me, justice points are removed... Do I now have to pvp to get pvp gear ??? Or is there some other way of collecting honor points from dungeons? Well, I believe the correct sentence should have been: "You'll now have to to PvP for your PvP gear" Before the patch I could farm 1k honor points per hour with dungeon farming and JP to HP
^ What he said... U can however buy valor gear 522 ilvl for gold. Will make your new chars pvp gearing a bit easier
you want PvP gear, but dont want to PvP to get it, but want PvP gear to PvP. Im very confused about his logic.
I never said I want PvP gear to PvP. I want to gear my bots with 550 PvP gear because 550 PvP gear does better dps than < 550 gear More dps = moar gold, moar gold = happier Angelus Blizz removing JP = sad Angelus Yeah, cause I am going to take the time to raid for gear for bot chars... That makes no sense. PvE gear is best for PvE, and PvP gear is best for PvP. We remove anyone in PvP gear in my raids. Even if not raiding, that's noob logic you're talking there! I see people in LFR gear (528) that pull more DPS then people in PvP gear (550).
not true anymore pvp gear doesn't take up stats anymore. main stat+ stam + 2 secondary stats just like pve gear. 550 pvp gear has more stats than lfr 528. lol at the people in this thread. you guys bot so much that you don't even play the game. 550 PVP gear is better than all pve gear besides upgraded Flex, normal, and heroic gear. yes, 550 pvp is better than LFR gear
because this late into the season or whatever you want to call it, everyone and there mom has 550 pvp gear, which makes gearing up new characters a freaking nightmare, i would rather do endless heroics for a few pieces before actually pvping simply because i dont want to get slaughtered for weeks on end doing it the "right" way
So you guys dislike PvP and only want it for ilvl, aight that is understandable. Then i also guess you are LFR heroes, since no guild would accept people in full pvp gear, not now, not next expansion, but i guess PvP gear will be fine to quest with when expansion hits. And the confusion that PvP gear makes less DPS than PvE gear, well not always the case, but PvE gear at same ilvl will do however, due to better set bonuses and stats...but its not much. Anyway, whatever floats your boats if you think its fine in LFR, thats your choice (or flex/normal)
Then I guess PvPers forgot how to play then as well, unless this is only with 6.02. Everyone in PvP gear gets kicked from my raids cause their SUPER super lower DPS. People in PvP gear usually push less DPS then the tanks or Disc priests. This is my experience from Heroic, Regular, Flex, as well as LFR (including LFR geared players).
