With the new update, I am only able to handle two wow instances at one time. I've got my video settings set on low, and the foreground and background fps to it's second lowest and lowest setting respectively.

Is there anything else I can do to minimize the resources each instance of wow uses?

There's to much threads on eu.battle.net about lags freezing etc. looks like they didt optimized wow yet. I'm just waiting for new patch. because it's really laggy now )

Kill background processes in your computer that you don't need, maybe antivirus (If you are not actively using web, scans use alot of RAM/CPU) also run 32bit wow, if you use honorbuddy that fixes that obviously and WoW generally lags anyways, what kind of computer specs do you have?
      Ram-
      Processor-
      GFX Card with VRAM-
      NIC-
Is your hard drive SS or hard disk?

      -in game lowest settings

-In game use /console maxfps 40

-Set the instances of wow to high priority in task manager

      -disable frame lock where possible

These things help me a lot during everyday botting.
