No it is for unsubb'd accounts as I said, not sure how long you have to have been unsubb'd for to be able to get the 7 days.
Doesn't work for me ( free month accounts ) many are saying it's only for accounts that already had gametime added.

Any nonactive account is getting on. I dont bot anymore, but I used too, and all that free justice/valor conversions... 14K was just sitting in the inboxes!
the accounts of mine that got the email have been unsubb'd for a while and are now up and running via the 7 days. It is per account currently have 6 running. I did say it might not work fr everyone as I do not know what is needed to qualify, but if your account is currently subb'd it will not work or if you are in your free month of game time. it is only for unsubb'd accounts to try and get people back for WoD.
My active subbed account got the 7 days fine, my sub is not a US$ sub on a US account though so not sure if that may be what tricks it into thinking I am eligible.
running bots for free atm ;p much better to run these trials than pay for a sub that won't work with bot in 2 weeks
