      Hey. Ive been contactiong the support team because when i first got Honorbuddy in 2010 i used my mothers credit card to pay with (Paypal), and the auth code got connected to her Email account.

      But as long as i had the code i was happy...

      So now not so long ago i did buy Diablobuddy with my own credit card and i had some issues with getting the code onto my auth account, and i requested it to be done but i was only sendt the code for my diablobuddy, so i said.. as long as i have the code.. right..

      So just a cupple of weeks ago i did buy Heathbuddy and this code got connected to my account. Finally.. so that all good and fine.

      Now, the new update with the buddy store is interesting me alot. but when i want to buy a product it tells me that i do not own a Honorbuddy account, witch is really annoying because ive had honorbuddy for over 4 years.

      now so i contacted the support requesting all of my codes to be combined into my account. and sendt the codes in the email.
      They requested the payment papers from the transation for the products.
      so as far as we know i used my mothers account to buy my first buddy product, so i called my mother, asked for her pw to her email i need to get some information, but its not there. and ofc its not there this is over 4 years ago..

      so i sendt an email to the support team with her email account to compfirm that yes im actually who i give out to be.

      Now the reply i get is that he needs to see the documentation of the transaction in order to forfill my wish..

      Issnt there any backtrack of those things?
      arrent you able to look at a Email and find the code assosiated to it? and i even sendt a mail from my mothers email to comfirm...

      This is not good enoth but it dossnt stop there.

      I sendt the request for all of the codes i have including demonbuddy wich i got the code from the support, ive sendt this email to the support again to comfirm that i am the owner and it does say that my email is the owner but it dossnt show on my authbuddy portal. and i still havent got it in there with my Hearthbuddy code.

      Tell me.. will someone fix this?

      I DO HAVE ALL THE INFO EXEPT THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE TRANSACTION ITSELF. if any support will fix this please ask if there is something i need to awsner or if i need to send another email from the User that payed for the product.

      We'll need the actual transaction in order to know for sure it was you who initiated the transfer. For all we know, anybody could know the e-mail address associated with the purchase, and since merging keys would result in one of the accounts no longer having access to the key, we can't do this unless we are a hundred percent certain it's you.

      If you paid by credit card, your CC company will keep a record of your transactions. It may be a bit of a dig, but when you get that information we can process it for you.

      If im able to catch the last 4 digits on the credit card used to make the order. does that help for you?

      I am calling my mother trying to get acess to her paypal account, maby there is something stored in there,.

      there should be they never remove transaction listings.

      however be aware we (on the forums) cannot assist you with this issue as we do not have access to payment systems and records, you will need to continue to e-mail support.

      Yes i am aware of that, just that ive had a long a rather dissapointing discussion by Email alredy.. and after some complaits its way faster to do it in public.

      well seems hard to get into her accout..
      Does it help to get a copy of her drivers license, there you have the full name and everything to prove who i am..
      and you guys shuld also have a record of who actually payed you right.

      i wouldn't be able to tell you what we do or do not have as this section isn't for payment issues, and i don't and have never had access to those systems.
