How to not pickup keystone of trials

Tried these and did not work

[QUALITY] == "Legendary" && [NAME] == "Keystone of Trials" -> [IGNORE]

[QUALITY] == "Legendary" && [NAME] == "Keystone of Trials" # TRUE -> [IGNORE]

[QUALITY] == "Legendary" && [TYPE] == "KeystoneFragment" # True -> [IGNORE]

I know the [TYPE] == "KeystoneFragment" # True -> [IGNORE] rule works just fine, in theory adding the legendary quality should still allow the rare fragments to be picked up (caches and whatnot.)
