Hi, I never tanked before, neither manually nor with a routine. I'm thinking about trying to tank (starting with heroics, then later maybe raids), but I'm a bit scared because I have zero experience with tanks Maybe some of you can share their tips/hints? I have a few questions: - Paladin or Warrior? - Which tank routine works best for you? - Which things do I need to take special care of (in regard to routines you might suggest), things I should better do manually etc...? Would love to hear some overall experiences on tanking with HB. Thanks guys.
In order of difficult monk>dk>druid>warrior>paladin Paladin is the easiest class to tank. Monk is probably the hardest to get as people don't really understand how it works in the sense of building its points DK comes close to monks Druids are not much harder than paladins. If you have a good understanding of how each of those classes work then you will have no problems with any of it, but if you don't quiet understand the points and how to build it and when to use then you're better of something simple like a paladin.
ok so I think I go for paladin, haha :] and try warrior afterwards... Is there any good tank routine you guys can recommend?
fury unleashed II premium by far the best warrior routine for every spec. you wont find any better warr routine. dont know which one for prot paladin tho, sorry
