How should I go about this? I have made 5 accounts quickly after eachother in the past with no problem, same payment method. I have already lvled a char to lvl15 on each account so it would be a waste to throw these away.
I have bought 1 battlechest now for 1 account... it worked but now it says "frozen" @account status :S so I guess all 5 accounts are locked in some way now? better to start with 5 new bnets?
frozen means no game time etc your gunna have to speak with customer support, they wont say anything if anything they will help raf'in aint against their tos
they said I can only call them regarding this issue, cant be arsed to call 5 times... 5 new bnets it is
I am totally confused.... this account that said "frozen" like 20mins ago now is "active" again? should i use them? or are they locked/flagged in some way?
I had this too , after leveling up to 60 they closed the account with the same message you wrote in first post
