Kill target any mob within certain radius of player / Poundfist camping / PoundfistID

So with so many people camping the hotspot for poundfist for long hours.

Could we have something were the bot would attack any enemy that spawns within a certain radius of player?

Or could someone give me Poundfists factionID so I can put it in grindbot so bot automatically targets him when he spawns? (put a player on follow so you go with them if they spawn elsewhere)

Currently, grindbot only attacks things you aggro.
