BGBuddy is literally YEARS overdue for fixes

To be honest I would totally remove the BG Buddy feature, not because it works or not, but because it is the single biggest bot aggro from Blizzard.

Too many people using it, ruining BG's and then the insane amount of bot reports will lead Blizzard to be harsher and harsher.

2) Buy a real battleground bot that us actually supported by a individual developer.

its not called rotationbuddy, its not called raidingbuddy, its not called gatherbuddy, its not called professionbuddy....

For christ's sake all people are asking for is for once again, the RETARD factor of the bg bot to be removed, once again i will give the example in Isle of conquest where it refuses to move through the open gates, waits for it to close and then proceeds to port out.. That's straight mouth breathing behavior.

 

I understand what most ppl say about OP being a whiney boy but he has a point: BGBUDDY is something that it is there JUST so Bossland can say: "Hey, you can farm Honor with this for just 25 euros", when should be something like "Hey, you can farm Honor with this but very much likely will get you banned unless you spend another 25 euros to get another bot "

TAKE DOWN BGBUDDY! IT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you have time to fix it, great. If not, please get rid of it.

 

Lawyers would and have disagreed, that's why they couldn't offer lifetime because technically someone in 10 years time or even all their customers would be entitled if they ever shut down even against their will or simply put they can't offer it but is basically the lifetime of their product i.e really long time.

The microwave scenario also doesn't work, microwaves have to be replaced every 3 or after 3 years as they can start to leak radiation.

TL;DR BGBuddy isn't changing any time soon.

People have any idea of the definition of lifetime (does not mean throughout the entirety of your life, or world of warcraft!), nor how to edit profiles.

Argument? What you are doing is whining. You are lying on your stomach pounding your fists on the ground crying.

If you have constructive feedback or a suggestion then provide it. Making a post to complain about something without knowing enough about how it functions to provide a fix is not constructive. If you had a legitimate complaint or suggestion about a specific issue then I would be here supporting you, but instead you decided to throw a childish tantrum.

If you don't know how to fix the problem then report the issue to someone that does. Drop your sense of entitlement and show a little humility to the developers that maintain the application for you. You are entitled to nothing. If they decided to shut down the authentication server tomorrow you would have no recourse.

Their product functions. If you don't like how it functions there are alternatives.

This has nothing to do with being anyone's friend. What you are doing in this thread is the equivalent of going to the WoW forums and telling Blizzard how to fix their game. Do you have the capability of comprehending how stupid that is?

You are self-important. You think that your ideas and feelings matter to people other than yourselves. You are not a programmer. You are not an application or game designer. I'm not going to post back because you are too stupid to understand how stupid you are. This is the last way I'm going to explain this to you, and I'm going to try to dumb it down as much as possible:

Proper way to get something changed:
#1 Provide an explanation of the issue. For example: When I'm in a BG I notice that other botters take the same paths that I do, and often perform the same actions. We tend to stack up on each other, and sometimes we will run around in circles.

#2 Provide your REQUEST, not demand. Is it possible to correct this behavior within BGBuddy or is this a mesh or pathing issue within Honorbuddy itself? I'm sure you're already aware of this, but I was just curious myself if this has already been investigated, and if there are any plans to correct it. I've searched the forums and I can't find any official response or announcement on the issue.

You can reference the first post in this thread for how to not do it. That involves whining, demanding, and creating posts about how easy you could fix it IF YOU HAD ANY FUCKING IDEA WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT.

 

Over the past years it was brought to the staff whining, flaming, as bug reports, begging and from teachers pets like you are.
None worked the staff simple does not care and doesnt want to waste resources cutting down their income.

 

Would it not be cool if WoW lasted so long that we could pass our accounts to our children, then grand children, etc... lol

Agreed with OP, BGBuddy is just ridiculous, I tried it this morning and even if I know it can't be perfect, I saw some silly paths :
For exemple, on some BGs (WSG, or Gilneas) bot will run in circle for a couple of seconds when you get into the BG : WHO THE F DOES THAT ? This is useless and SO spotted.
Btw, some people don't have the skills, or the time to learn (We buy a bot to save some time, do you even understand that ?), to edit/make profiles, that's why when I saw a program like HONOR(really?)buddy which offered a list of features, I bought it. However, it appears that the BASIC features (and I guess they are : leveling, gathering, farming BGs) are not working that well if you don't want to spend more than its basic price (this is just for BGbuddy actually).
Very disappointed, considering going for another bot instead of dropping the bot's price in a BG Profile just to farm times to times.

well i think BG buddy shuld be removed aswell as all other bot bases that runs BG's... it ruins the whole game for those that actually want to win and work hard for it. i dont care if u use enyo or someshitt like that but bgbuddy shuld be off for good.

EverQuest was fairly popular back when the internet was in its infancy, then along came MMO 3D (in a sense to the original game-board type) Warcraft, what we know as WoW today. I'm sure something better will come along and overrun Blizzard, just as they overran Verant/SOE EQ.

Nope. You also have the option to not use it and remove it.

 

Just get rid of it! BGFarmer is available in the BuddyStore, and it is a wonderful option for those that wish to run battlegrounds.

Though I never ever use BG bots, too risky. I just use Honorbuddy for Combat Routines.
