I have 2 accounts that are level 90, am wondering if there are anything that i could farm or so to make enough gold in 10-15 days to cover up the price of a WoD key.. Back in MoP i would have just farmed outland and northrend herbs and ores but i am not sure if that still works (i have not played for almost a year)

Agree with this. You can make some decent money on these profiles and in my opinion the ban rate is lower than gathering.
Well.. all the popular dungeons, Grim batol, lost city, gundarak and such.. Loads and dozens of level 90-100 bots there.. and every now and then some opposite faction comes and massacares them.. I want to make some gold, but just to cover some expenses, am not looking for a ban.. is there anything else? even if slower
well you have to be smart and check your ah, you can get liquid gold in instance grinding, farm for skyshards mount and sell it, farm harmonies and craft bags/bars and more mounts like panthers, golem etc, every expansion is profitable
you have a few things to consider. are you going to sell the gold for cash, and then purchase the wod key? if so, you need to explore vendors to find the cheapest keys. last wod key i bought, i found it for 32usd. are you going to try to trade the gold to a reseller for a wod key? if so, plan on that costing quite a bit of gold. explore your economy, is there anything really worth selling that requires a wod key? remember, you can use the 10 day wod trial to gear up your 90's. with wod gear, suicide dungeons are quite profitable. if you are just funneling the gold to your main, do you really need to upgrade to wod when you can use that money to buy more battlechests.
I have been farming some mines and ores on and off today and yesterday, while the prices all dropped and the consumtion is not as high, i was able to make some ks out of it.. I have finals so i dont have time to check AH.. My plan is to buy WoD for gold.. i know ill have to farm a bit.. i am asking my friends to ask their guildies for help, maybe i could get a cheap one. I am totally against dungeons runs and i dont like it at all.. it looks so stupid, everyone can tell you are a bot, its like a trend, and if blizzard decides to do anything about it, its so easily to pick people off.. Its not the same as gathering cause you gather even if u didnt have bot, back when i didnt purchase honorbuddy, i would farm with my hands for hours everyday, specially early expansion, i remember making so much gold back in cata farming twilight jasmines.. so its natural to farm, for long hours (not 24 but 10 hours could happen) Its natural to do quests its natural to do specific dungeons that yield specific desirable drops But its not natural to spam rewardless dungeons for weeks and weeks just for the gold loot, i would only do that if i have a battle chest am willing to bot till its burnt out and banned, thats the only case..
