It will be up to date but not "Optimized" for mythic raiding. You may be top dps in LFR or even heroic, but in mythic, specially if you're in a good guild, you get yourself into a competition. So you need to be at your best if you want that fixed spot in the roster. About classes, right now overall in mythic raiding, ww is doing a better job but it varies from fight to fight. For example you see only ww monks in top dps chart on twin ogron fight, but for example in Butcher mages are top. Melee sometimes is a little harder to manage, cause we are always under bosses balls! And always in danger of any spell coming from boss, as a ranged dps sometimes you have enough time to run away or dodge a spell. But srsly just go with any class you really like. I went with Monk cause I like the playstyle and I also like to be a healer as os. If you only care about dps outcome then you have to change your class every fcking patch, cause this patch monk is top, next patch they screw it with the nerf hammer (just for instance! I'm not exactly talking about next patch per se) and you're at the bottom, who knows what happens after that. For arenas and bgs it's totally different.
Thank you again! I see on the classes and it's not that I only want to dps, but I have so many melee chars already, so might want to give Mage a chance. As I can see in the Buddystore, Mages also got more routines in there, so that suits my eye better (for me). No doubt WW Monk will be a lot of fun too, but something inside me want's to try a ranged class. Can't decide, but starting with the Mage!
Tuanha's routines are great but he is trying to do too many and none of them are optimized. You really shouldn't pay for a routine unless you know it's optimized.
Also don't believe what any of the authors say. Read through there posts. Some devs like the guy that makes Sushi for rogues says that hes routine is completely optimized and stuff but its complete lies hes routine is terrible. Once you read through the posts and you have almost ever single person having complaints and saying things don't work you get a much better idea of there work lol.
You got a point there w8ing4ban... I haven't touched Sushi Deep Balls for my Rogue, because I've heard that Vitalic should be The one and ONLY for Rogues, so.. But thanks for your advice
I've bought 13 or so paid routines and IMO Vitalic is the gold standard. I don't main rogue, but that routine makes it very tempting. It's very easy to use and the out of the box settings will get you pretty close to peak performance. When you're more comfortable with the class and ready to make some customizations for better control the UI is intuitive.
I have vitalic it is god tier for pvp but he refuses to make a pve routine I have already asked him. I'm more concerned with raiding and not having an optimized rogue pve routine is hurting atm. I would happily pay 4x more then I did for his pvp routine if the same amount of work was put into a routine that supported both pvp and pve and was up to the same standards.
Anyone tried Mage Portal Premium for Raids and Arena PvP? It's probably the best Mage PvE routine, but how about PvP? Is Gladiator Suite better?
The 89 dollar is a package it includes all his Routines, His Free ones are not as good as the paid there is 100% difference between them. Furyunleashed is really good as well, I prefer Furyunleashed over the Tuanha Warrior I also control all the important abilities myself all offensive/deffensive cd's even Brage, it really does make a difference in your dps. Another good choice are the King-wow routines his were free in MoP and his mage routine was the best in exsistance with the ability to do the roation flawless and maintain multidots on upto 6 targets Have a parse with 100% NT uptime and it doing 60% of damage overall.
So what you are saying, is that KingWoW is better than Portal Premium for Mages PvE and PvP? This one? https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=553 Btw. I read that Vitalic accepts that you share account. I don't know if it's true, but if it is, maybe someone here is interrested in sharing one?
Merely for PvE, from all that I have tried, and I have tried MANY, TuanHa's still come out on top. You do however need to tweak them to fit your play-style and with some may need to add a manual cast here and there. I could never get Fury Unleashed to work well for me.
I don't think the free versions get updates like the paid versions. I have premium versions of tuanha hunter and warrior. I have to update them 3-4 times a week on average. I've tested the warrior routine against fury and found that Tuanha outperforms it. I haven't tested any other hunter cr's, but I pull very high numbers with a highly modified setup. You could always just download all the routines and test them for youself. I think all paid store routines have a trial.
If you're asking about free routines, just go out and try them...It isn't hurting you in any way, shape or form to download them and give them a shot. This thread should make it clear to you that everyone has different opinions about which is best. 5 different people will give you 5 different answers about 5 different routines as to what the best one is. GO TRY THEM FOR YOURSELF AND COME TO YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS. One thing should also be very clear is that you'll need to set up each routine for them to be their most effective. Playing a class with zero knowledge of the class will net you less dps than taking a bit of time to research rotations and then tweak your CR settings accordingly. We all play slightly different and tuning settings to match your playstyle will be the best step you can take to becoming a good dps.
TuanHA feral leans more toward Arena/PVP (in my opinion) SuperBad does good numbers but I prefer HazzDruid overall for kitty/bear.
I realize the 89 dollars is the whole package, but he doesn't sell the warrior or druid individually. You are forced to buy the complete package, which is stupid considering there are plenty of other choices for those two classes. A lot cheaper and better supported options if I may add. The creators/owners of Leaves and FuryUnleashed for example actually reply to forum posts and answer questions.
