Don't. 72 hour bans are often from automated scripts, appealing would initiate a manual GM investigation and you could find yourself permabanned.

You don't know what the third party software was yet you say you were botting?

      Don't appeal.

Using a bot is likely to trigger such a thing, doesn't matter what you did with it, you got suspended. Don't appeal, there is no defense and you'll just draw more attention to your account. If you get perma banned, then of course it's worth it but just sit out the 72 hour suspension.

Sitting it out is probably the best advice. You should also beware in the future, because your account is now probably flagged for suspicious behaviour.

Sidenote: It is quite possible you got reported by players in the dungeon. Sometimes Dungeonbuddy can behave a bit glitchy, especially if the tank takes a more unusual route/approach to the dungeon. That is why you should never let it run unattended. Dungeonbuddy is quite good when multiboxing five accounts, but otherwise keep an eye on it. LFRs are a bit less dangerous, because you blend in more with the crowd. If I do run dungeons in groups with real people I always have WoW open on my secondary screen so I can help the bot out if need be.
