      Brand new install of WoW (on D drive)
      Brand new install of HB (on D drive)


      Please help!!! I'm not sure what other information would be useful to post

      This is a failure mode that we're not familiar with.

      Let's start by re-installing the required dependencies. Follow the steps under "Repairing it Manually" in this article:

      If no joy, let's rule out the Antivirus:

      If still no joy, let's look for programs known to interfere with Honorbuddy:

      If problems still exist, please show us a fresh log.

      Thanks for the info china, it looks like my ISP and WoW are having issues right now according to the blizz forums. I'll wait out that issue before trying again.
