what is the best routine for a WHM in a Party focused on healing, maybe even in raiding?

The only routines that support party healing (to my knowledge) are Kupo and Magitek. Kupo only uses Cure in parties, Magitek uses everything, so Magitek is really your only option.

I also believe that RebornCo support healing as well.

-Checked and it does support WHM healing :)

Both magitek and rebornCo are good choices for healing. Magitek is no longer maintained, but still works fine. In the end, it's up to preference.

The thing with healing in FFXIV is a lot of the higher end raiding healing is focused on preventative healing/buffing as opposed to simply just reactive. Preparing for large damage cycles etc, I have no idea how well a routine would deal with something like Bahamut, or Brand of Purgatory/Ravensclaw/etc type mechanics.

Perfectly fine for stuff like WoD/dungeons, maybe even prior coils, but like T9 on at this point I can't see it working out w/o people asking you wtf you're doing.

Minus stone skin white mages are pro active healers. If you are a scholar just manually pre-succor and or use pause toggles to pre shield tanks in that scenario. I personally use Magitek+toggle up to the Pheonix fight in final coils of bahamut as a scholar with before mentioned technique.

White mages are there to clean up afterward and help get people back up on their feet faster so I would assume Magitek would perform well in that regard. You have to play manually during times like that but magitek still works well for scholar. I have my mouse set up to run a macro that pauses magitek for that cast when I to play manually.

Thank all of you for the information, I like rebornco think it does very well, I just wish it would maintain stoneskin on the tank at least.

Ok one more question, What routine and class combination do you guys believe works best on here? for DPS? I like the BLM it does well but aoe becomes problematic with ultima. Also I really dislike the slow casting and interrupts from movement all the time lol.

There isn't really a 'go to' blm profile. Magitek does support aoe and has options, but isn't too great with that sort of stuff. When Endus tweaks his rotation + adds aoe support and more options, i can see that taking the top spot.

For ninja - kupper, with all the options + aoe support. Ultima is good as well. (be noted there is a bit of a delay sometimes with manually using abilities such as limit break when using ninjutsu, so try to be a bit careful there)
Bard - kupper, due to the aoe support and options. Again ultima is good, but lack of aoe/many options makes it second.
Monk - haven't tested too much
      smn - Ultima
      drg - hands down ultima.

Hope it helps! This is only my experience though. Do your own testing and make a decision from there :)

Also if you are like me and you like healing but want to have some DPS fun at times too, I would suggest going for ARC but specifically SCH (for which I use Ultima) but I still like to do most things manually, even regarding my pet actions (beware double heals :p). Honestly I need to let the reigns loose a bit and see how well the different routines can handle things (like exaccuss said it's really important to do your own testing and thankfully you can easily switch between routines).
