I'm using vmware with different vpn and mac adress on all vm.

Lately I made 5 new account with RAF and some account got banned at level 2-5-15 ??
Fresh account started botting then bam ban after only 1-2h of botting, all with Abuse of economy.
I got other character level 90 farming 24/24 7/7 with non ban really?
They seem to have new detection method for new made character.

when the new patch hit the bot didn't diconnect and was still farming he closed all the account updated the game on battle.net, after the update bam Banned. on 5 account all at the same time.

Anybody have any clue about that? Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

Would using something like Ping Zapper fix this. Where you've got probably 200+ random people from all over the country (I hesitate to say the world as you select which Ping Zapper server you connect through) all contacting Blizzard from the same IP.

Surely this is a much better solution than a private VPN where the IP is unique for you so they cannot ban it.

      ELI5 anyone?

There is several variants of this:

      1. Even if you run a few VMs, do you uniquely download wow install on each of them, or you use shared, already pre-installed client for them? If so, this could lead to the banfest, indeed.

      2. Using "well-known VPNs" (From Blizz's point of view) could trigger the early bans, as well.

      3. Its known from ages, that Blizzard do actively monitor fresh accounts within 72h of their creation (Indeed noone outside Blizzard have clue, what does this means, but we can assume at least they have more strict anti-botting server side monitoring over them in these 72h).

      4. The #3 variant could be combined with check for mass botting, so it could trigger these fast bans - if you probably do bot with these 5 accounts from single VM.

After all, the bans were for Abuse of Economy, which usually classify for both gold selling and mass-botting. The last is confirmation from your other accounts, which still running strong.
