whats the best way to set up to doo raids with the guild ? before i just did dungeonbuddy and let it run , but now it doesnt seem to work like it did before and i was wondering how others do it any tips are welcome thnx in advance !
Raid botting is based on Enyo botbase which handle combat for you and you handle moving, strategy, CDs for best performance, pre pots/pots etc.
How can bot handle strategy that is told to you by raidleader? How can bot handle anything during lag spikes when you cant? What you want is not possible due to limitation of current state of computer science
unless you were running LFR with your guild, this doesn't seem likely. currently, not all of the LFR raids are scripted, this is why you are having issues running LFR with your guild. and you won't be able to run normal/heroic/mythic raids with dungeonbuddy as it isnt designed for that. your other options are using something like LazyRaider [if its updated, havent ran it in awhile] to assign a tank to heal/assist. LazyRaider will allow HB and your CR to control movement of your character. however, its not smart movement and will not perform mechanics. Back in SoO i would use this method to run my resto druid and my holy priest in the same normal/flex raids. i would use Enyo to run my rotation on my main, and Lazyraider with a very short follow distance to run my priest. I would manually move my druid to position my priest out of mechanics. another method that is less effective but will still give you some movement, is to use a movement enabled CR. I can set my favorite CR to target, face and move toward a player needing heals. this allows me to run to the bathroom while my resto druid runs behind the raid in a trash hallway. ofc, this will not move out of mechanics, and you would definitely need to be able to outheal the incoming damage. im sure you could find a movement enabled CR that would allow you to melee/ranged dps for short periods of time as well. this all depends on your ability to google and actually spend some time testing out different methods.
