Good morning, When I use Arelog + HB + wow, I always end up with something like this (sry for the bad quality but it's a screenshot on logmein on my iphone) : I did all the recommended actions on the battle.net assistance website, I also reinstalled my driver, I would like to know if it could come from honorbuddy or Arelog. you can play wow just fine i assume? it's just when you use arelog that this happens? Can you attach a log?
Yes I can play fine. I will provide it tonight (11:30 am atm) as I only have logmein access to my computer. Thanks for the help
Actually I managed to reach the log folder through logmein browser but since it's working atm (untill it crashes again), I am not sure this one is the right log. Actually I tried a clean install from HB (sry did not think about it before) and atm it's been an hour without any problem, I will let u know
make sure that you keep your monitor on. what could be happening is that if your leaving your pc, and remoting in, certain apps. will run their own virtual display driver to capture the desktop, and that WONT support 3d acceleration. if you keep running into this issue, try using teamviewer or maybe some OTHER remote desktop app.
Thank you Codename! This old post helped me! To anyone else who has this issue... I was having this issue because I had the bot running at off hours when my monitor was off and screensavers on. I since fixed it such that my computer wakes up (monitors on and screensaver off) just before loading HBRelog.
