      Just a quick question.

Heirlooms are battle.net account bound, correct ? If I create a second new wow account under the same battle.net account which is banned will I still have access to my heirlooms or does the ban somehow make those items inaccessible ?

Excellent, thanks. I thought that maybe the ban would wipe them out somehow

Yes, you will still have all achievements, mounts, heirlooms etc. - but only if the account is in the same region as the other account.
